Information published in Senubo by any Senubo user remains the property of that Senubo user, or in the event of that Senubo user being a user account in an overall corporate account, that corporation.

Senubo uses information collected about our users for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.  We collect aggregate non-identifying information on our customers to improve the content of our Web pages and the quality of our service

Senubo uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Senubo. Although Senubo owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Senubo application, you retain all rights to your data.

We are not responsible for the content and privacy practices of sites linked to by Senubo or Senubo content.

Senubo may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.  Information held in Senubo is never disclosed to other organizations for any purpose except when we have your permission or when it is required by law.

Senubo may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to your primary email address specified in our database or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
